Because our events are intimate (limited to 10 guests) and involve significant preparation of fresh, organic ingredients sourced specifically for you, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations 48+ Hours in Advance: If you need to cancel your reservation more than 48 hours prior to the event start time, we will happily provide a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Due to the costs of food sourcing and preparation, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
3. The "Gift Your Seat" Option: If you cannot attend last minute, you are welcome to transfer your seat to a friend or family member. Simply notify us via email/text with the name of the guest taking your place so we can welcome them properly.
4. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that The True Sovereign Table must cancel a dinner due to unforeseen circumstances, all guests will receive a full and immediate refund.
